We offer a 7-day return policy for our mechanical keyboards and accessories, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.

Return Process

  Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the product in its original packaging.

  Review and Approval

  Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with the return shipping address and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Ship the Product

  Securely pack the item and ship it to the provided address using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once received, we will inspect the item for damage; if it passes inspection, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
